Pilates is a system of exercises that utilizes unique equipment to increase muscle tone, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, coordination, and balance while helping correct muscle imbalances and encouraging proper muscle recruitment.


Classes will focus on muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. The maximum number of participants per class is four. Modifications will be given to make each exercise appropriate to client. Must book 24 hours in advance. May cancel up to 24 hours before class. Any late cancels will result in client charged full class amount.

*Additional class times will be added as need arises

All classes must be purchased at time of registration unless clients have purchased a package. Classes are $25 each with larger packages discounted.
